Urban Meteorology and Climate Conference in Hong Kong

I presented an invited paper at the "Urban Meteorology and Climate Conference" which was held in Hong Kong from 25-26 May 2017. The conference was a collaboration between the Asian Network on Climate Science and Technology (ANCST), City University of Hong Kong (Guy Carpenter Asia-Pacific Climate Impact Centre) and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Division of Environment). The conference provided a forum for scientists to discuss different aspects of urban meteorology and climate with a special focus on Asian cities. The two local organisors (Johnny Chan and Jimmy Fung) managed to put together an interesting programme with local and international speakers, rounded off by visits to exquisite (and hidden) restaurants.
